2022 Latest Design Motor Operated Flow Control Valve - ZZYN Double seat self-operated regulator – Hoyee Detail:

Self-operated regulator has the following types according to the different working conditions:

ZZYP(single-seat type), ZZYM(sleeve type) and ZZYN(double-seat type), and ZZYN Double seat self-operated regulator also has three different covers such as common one, long-neck one and cooling type. For different applications, ZZYN Double seat self-operated regulator has three different types of actuators:film/piston/bellows.
ZZYN Double seat self-operated regulator has other advantages as smart and accurate regulating,taking up small space and simple operation and it’s widely used in the pressure control of gas,steam or water in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food, textile, machinery, civil construction industry.
ZZYN Double seat self-operated regulator is designed and manufactured according to the standard of AMSE/API/BS/DIN/GB

Note:1. ZZYN Double seat self-operated regulator take diaphragm type actuator for example. If the pressure of ZZYN Double seat self-operated regulator is 1000～3000KPa, please consult our customer service or sales people.

2.The table above is Pressure Subsection Range. Choose the median around for pressure control. The smaller the pressure range, the higher the precision . Therefore it should be used within the pressure setting range.

3. If the pressure ratio between before valve and after valve of ZZYN Double seat self-operated regulator with the pressure control after valve exceeds 10,it needs multi-stage decompression or two ZZYN Double seat self-operated regulator in series (can choose control valve with director except pressure before valve is below 0.8MPa)

4.It needs special design when the nominal pressure is over 6.3MPa.

5.This series ZZYN Double seat self-operated regulator’s lowest pressure control is 15 KPa.
