Working Principle
Electric flanged ball valve based on the power with DC24V, AC220V or AC380V, input signal (4-20mA DC, 0-10mA DC or 1-5V DC, 0-10V DC), turn the corresponding displacement with the input signal into the angle displacement (0 ~ 90 °), control the rotation opening of the ball. Then input signal corresponds the displacement to achieve proportional adjustment. (The two-position shut-off type accepts DC24V, AC220V or AC380V power, realizes the switching action through the positive and negative rotation of the motor, and outputs the shut-off valve position signal at the same time).
Feature
1. Easy install and can be installed in any place of the pipeline in any direction.
2. A variety of power sources to choose from, and also explosion-proof type.
3. The flow channel in the valve body is smooth to flow viscous fluid, slurry and solid particles.
4, Depends on the direct connection mode, electric actuator has built-in servo system, without additional servo amplifier.
5. There is no bracket connection between the ball valve and the electric actuator. The integrated compact structure reduces the space.
6. The sealing material of PTFE has good self-lubrication and small friction loss with the ball. So that the work life of the ball valve will be longer.
